Great night spent here.Food was delicious, a little bit of a wait but lovely once it arrived.The room was lovely, spacious with a comfortable bed.Rooms: Great accessibility room.Bathroom/wetroom perfect, spacious room with a huge bed. Really lovely 1 nights stay here.

Lovely pub, welcoming staff and okay food. Dogs are welcome in the bar area (but not the restaurant area) and you can eat at a table in the bar so suited us perfectly.

We have been frequent visitors but won't be visiting again now sadly. Service for meals took 50 mins, luckily I had brought food for the baby with me or we would have been in a pickle. My daughter (3) was starving by the time food arrived. They have very little available on the menu, no veggie option left for roast dinner and no meat but belly pork for roast despite being told there was three meats available for the three meat roast dinner. They werent transparent about and then tried to say they have pulled together as much beef and chicken as they could but there was no beef and a very small square of chicken. They said they had given extra belly pork but the dinner was very small and not enjoyable. They had no ice cream left. When we gave feedback at the end we were met with a very unhelpful and cheeky response and no effort to put it right. Spoilt what should have been a nice meal out with family.

i probably spent 20 seconds in this place and will never return. Seems that management are so over paid here they don't have the humanity to let someone use the toilet because "they have closed", like the second we walked through the door. why on earth would I return for anything else when this was too much to ask for? pity as it's on a regular route I run.

Food & drinks: Visited today for Sunday lunch. Wasn?t overwhelmed for the price you pay however it was still a nice meal. We wern?t greeted upon arrival and went to the bar to ask for our booking. Staff were slow, it wasn?t that busy, Not very warming or enthusiastic I think you have to be regulars and in the click to feel like that. Next time we will return for just drinks and see how it goes.

Excellent venue for a relaxed lunch.... Food is well cooked and reasonable.... ambience relaxed and service, by our excellent waitress Maddy, friendly and efficient, We will return

Food and service were amazing and the kitchen were very accommodating with my allergies. The facilities were clean and the staff were lovely. Midweek it was quieter but I have seen it absolutely packed on the weekends and a Friday night.
