Absolutely disgusted with car park... I've had a fine for £100 pay in 14 days it's £60 not really on, as it takes at least 15 - 20 mins queuing to get a drink, then rush to drink it.... Poor, poor Costa need to do better

I used to come to this particular Costa 2/3 times a week (minimum). I went in there yesterday with new (ish) staff and was looked down on as if I was dirt. My daughter used a straw to drink her hot chocolate (she?s 7) and the uptight member of staff who?s about 25 spoke to me like I was rubbish by ?telling me off? saying she wasn?t allowed a straw as they have limited supply and I should stop and think next time. Needless to say I will never go back. I spend approx £30+ a week in that Costa but I will never go in this one again. Absolutely awful service .

They need more staff. Two colleagues on a Sunday morning is not enough. Waiting 30 minutes for two coffees is quite poor. I feel sorry for the colleagues serving. They are clearly stressed and overworked.

Everytime I visit here the wi-fi is down, the coffee is terrible and its generally a really run down, dirty place to sit and have a coffee.

This place is an absolute hole. Table not cleared, floors not cleaned, staff not washed. And she had the audasity to pre ask for 9 or 10 feedback else it come through as a low score. Urmm yeahParking: Three establishments share tge car park. Park here at your own risk.
