“I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tesco "Loves Farm" store in St. Neots, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. During my visits to the store, I picked up several orders while exploring the town with Uber, and I was amazed by the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff members.
One of the standout features of this Tesco store is the remarkable speed at which orders are processed. Even during peak hours, I never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to collect my items. The staff's ability to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining a quick and efficient service is truly commendable.
Moreover, what truly sets the staff at Tesco "Loves Farm" apart is their politeness and kindness. Every interaction I had with the staff members was met with a warm smile and helpful attitude. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service is evident, and it made my shopping experience all the more enjoyable.
I believe that the credit for such exceptional service goes to the site manager, who has done an outstanding job in gathering and training a team of exceptional staff members. Their hard work and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed, and I would like to extend my congratulations to the site manager for creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment at Tesco "Loves Farm".

“It's a great shop with superb staff but Head Office should have updated the information on the website.According to tonight's information the shop is open until 10pm. In fact it's closed for a Morrisons refurb and may be closed for two weeks.Just need to add that I hope the staff keep their jobs.”

“One stop is great, have everything you need, they have to shut the shop between 8am and 10am for deliveries due to the size of the shop and covid, if people need something from one stop they can always go before 8 or wait and go after 10 instead of moaning”

“Was helped by a young lady this afternoon to send a parcel by Evri. She was professional and polite and helped me understand that to use the machine I had to take a screenshot then enlarge the QR code for to print the label. Very good service.”
“Excellent small M&S and a great asset to the high street in St Neots. Clean, well stocked and well staffed. Love the small bakery and selected variety of fresh fruit and veg, wine and the occasional gastro pub ready meal. Staff always warm, welcoming, helpful and full of great humour. Great access from car park or high street with free collection point parking also. Can’t fault them in any way”

“In fairness, the store as a whole, wonderful mansion but when it comes to their 'tesco finest' ranch steaks with peppercorn butter which are 'perfectly seasoned' on one side yes on the other definitely needs improvement only fault that I see but I'm a chef and that's the only thing that needs attention. The staff that work here, wonderful human beings polite and only talk when needed, none of that unesserserry chit chat that makes me feel uncomfortable.All in all I'm very happy with the standard of customer service but a little picky when it comes to the quality of food, very well deserved 4 out of 5 stars”
