I go to my local Cineworld almost every week. The staff are helpful and friendly and the cinema is very clean and inviting. People who go here are 99.9% respectful and quiet so you can immerse yourself in the films without distraction. There is the usual wide range of snacks and drinks. Having a Cineworld card is the best way to enjoy the experience. If you drive there is plenty of parking at the cinema.

Update: November 2023 Still a nice cinema and the staff are pleasant. The drinks and snack are expensive for what you get. Sadly two of the adjacent restaurants have closed, but Pizza Express is still there and the high street offers a good choice of places for lunch or dinner. Plenty of parking nearby. Use it or lose it!A good example of Cineworld. Nice staff, clean facilities and expensive drinks and snacks. Plenty of car parking and places to eat or drink very close by.

I would just like to give a shout out to Stephen who always so friendly and chatty. He also makes the best brownie Sundays - so I have to have one everytime I come in.All the other staff are great as well. The cinema itself is always tidy and well run.I?ve been to other cineworlds around the country and they aren?t as well run as this one so I?m lucky this is my local one.

As a special treat for our first visit to the cinema, Google maps took us to the Lidl car park, where you can only park for 90 minutes. Cineworld, you can fix this, trust me. Eventually getting there, we found the car park at Cineworld is pay by phone only.. the..slowest..phone..set..up..im..a..gin..a..ble. You need a PIN to pay by phone, but you can't get a PIN when you phone. Cheers, Brittania car parks. The car park won't tell you this, but I will: Try the app. It's awkward but it works. The cinema has terminals where you can print tickets, which would be great if there was any paper in them. Cineworld, you can fix this too! Instead you have to restrospectively remember the seat numbers after you've queued to see staff about the issue. The staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful, although they said that they didn't usually work at this site! The popcorn was great, almost worth getting another mortgage for. Extortion is all part of the cinema ritual, right? It should be fun, but so many aspects of this experience were a challenge, when they simply shouldn't be. When you're not trying to go bankrupt, Cineworld, try making things better.

There must be an option to watch movies with or without ads. My daughter had to sit and watch 17 minutes of ads before the actual movie starts, and i would even pay some more money to skip ads.. Besides, seats are not designed for young ones like 6 yo..I get 1 star back now, exactly 30 minutes of ads they show.. Unbelievable

Overpriced in today's economy. 5 yr old and 7 yr old plus 2 grandparents =£32 to see another silly cartoon.... A lot of which they didn't 'get'.How about lower rates for under 8s and accompanying seniors, like £20 max?.No wonder there were only 10 people in there...Try experimenting with your pricing model to boost overall revenue thru volume at lower prices.

Parking by Britannia Parking is unprofessional and predatory on this site. With no way to pay other than digitally, I'd assumed the chargeable periods on their website would be more up to date than the signs in the car park. Britannia parking were not helpful in the dispute and suggested that the parking ticket could have been paid retrospectively either physically or on their app. Both are entirely false, as there is no payment other than by phone and the app has no option to pay for past time periods.I recognise this isn't Cineworld's fault, but I think others need to be made aware of this.
