Buckden Pharmacy is outstanding. I get my meds delivered and so does my husband. My husband is taking cancer drugs and the pharmacy staff ensure he gets his delivery on time. They are so helpful when phoning and the delivery people are fantastic, kind and friendly. I praise everyone, such a brilliant service. Huge thanks

I can?t believe the reviews, this is genuinely the slowest service for anything ever. Last time I was there three people before me left because no one was attended to within 15 minutes. The pharmacist and assistants appear busy preparing prescriptions but don?t even acknowledge people in the shop. Opening hours are very short and lunch time is long; this business has an antiquated attitude towards service where the customers need to doff to the ?professionals? - we have jobs and busy lives as well.

Went to the pharmacy at Hunts End following the lack of help from 2 doctors at the Surgery. I was listened to and advised what to take and now over a week later I'm almost back to good health again. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing service, thank you so much. Having been with two other larger delivery Pharmacies previously I decided to try a local one due to the many problems I had experienced with each of the others. I totally understand that things can go wrong but when you cannot speak to someone about it and they do not answer emails it becomes a very frustrating situation. I called Buckden Pharmacy following a leaflet we received letting us know that they deliver in our area. I called and spoke with Oscar who was so helpful and reassuring that I immediately switched to their service. The following day my medication was delivered by Tracey, who was absolutely lovely, polite, professional and friendly. I am so pleased I have moved across to Buckden Pharmacy and cannot recommend them highly enough. 10/10
