Excellent Boots, always have what we needs despite the size of the store. Obviously doesn?t have the full Boots range as it is only a small high street store. Pharmacy staff are always very helpful, just be aware that they go on break every day between 1pm and 2pm. Glad they go on break because they need a break from the miserable people who have left previous reviews who have clearly never worked before. Friendly staff and always polite.

The worst boots you could ever go In to. Grumpy staff and always a huge que for prescription so normal counter for something quick you have no chance. The way this place is managed it must be haemorrhaging money to what it could take. Appalling

There?s always a huge queue no matter what time of day and it?s not worth popping in for small purchases
They close all the tills except one ALL THE TIME
I?ve shopped at boots all my life but I guess no more

shortened pharmacy opening hours not reflected in the store hours (closed 1-2pm) and a no notice early closure meant I wasted two hours going to and from the store.
Trying to call the following day to check the store was open was met with ringing out 5 times with no answer.
When I did get round to trying again the staff were very helpful. Updated details needed on the website, but very helpful staff.

I have lived in St Neots for years and travel a lot. This is simply the worst boots i have encountered. The pharmacy is merged with the over the counter meds, but the pharmacy is an absolute shambles on a good day. The floor staff do their best with minimal staff to man the floor/fragrance/photos and tills at the same time. An area manager's visit is a must as the others that i have encountered are not as bad as this (even with self service tills, which are bad enough)

Just been to Boots and there is one girl on the shop floor to do the till and to assist customers as they are short of staff. Manager not in either. Appalling. I gave it a 2 star as the girls working were professional and smiled! Their staffing levels and emergency cover should be dealt with by management or employ more staff even if just weekend cover by students or retirees

I go here to pick up my prescription. The counter staff are very helpful and friendly but it can sometimes take 20 mins to get to the front of a very slow moving clue.
