Quick service . The locksmith came out within 20 minutes of calling and gave the door a good look. The lock barrel was replaced inside of an hour and I had some solid advice for other work needed that saved me money in the long term.

I went to Black wolf and spoke to a lovely person called Hayley. Who went out of her way to get several bunches of keys cut, some of which were very unusual and hard to source, when done all the keys fitted and worked the locks perfectly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Go and ask for Hayley.

Recently had some engraving done here. Price was extremely reasonable and service was fast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using for any future engraving needs.

I can?t recommend Blackwood enough, I rang them at 2pm and at 3,30 they was there to remove a lock that we had lost the key too.

The only reason I gave one star is because the lovely lad was very nice.as for the owner what a horrible man .I was in town and my bike lock broke the lovely lad came to see what he could do.it needed tobe cut off. I was not expecting it to be done fornothing .but the attitude of the owner was yeh £22i am am not a charity case what's happened to helping someone out .I ended up paying £10 He was only there 2 seconds but thanks to the other lad he apologised for the owner horrible man
