It?s a nice store, one of the best in the area

It?s okay quite overpriced for what most of it is for example, I just purchased Danish oil for £19 and yet after googling I realise that the range do exactly the same for £11 so that will be returned , also a lot of the staff especially the younger ones through no fault of their own do not have the knowledge of half the things they are selling. I asked for a wood scraper and they took me to the car parts for an ice scraper.

Bought a complete kitchen. Staff were like friends. They helped us with the design and ordering the parts.
Price is good.
Their contractor is fitting it in Jan '25.
So far they've earned lots of goody points.
I've always liked B & Q. They seem to have most of what I want and they are always friendly and helpful. They even forgave me for accidentally setting off the alarm.

Ash was a very pleasant person to deal with. Usually I feel very anxious in stores but Ash had helped me out and made all of that go away. She is an excellent presence to be around and extremely knowledgeable in regards to products and helped me find the paint colour I needed to match my room. If you see Ash in store, she is the person to go to. I have never had such a pleasant experience than I have with her!

Visited the store a week or so ago to get a large MDF sheet cut to size. Firstly they actually had what I wanted in stock (unlike several other stores) the chap on the cutting desk was really helpful, helped me plan and work out the measurements for my project then cut it all to size for me. Would definitely use again! ?

Had a great experience here as a very clueless first time DIY-er who needed some help and advice with building a timber frame for some IKEA wardrobes. George and Ewan were so helpful and took the time to help me figure it out and cut everything down to size!
