We are really lucky to have this great store in St. Neots, especially as we've got fewer local shops in our lovely market town, and Argos holds such a wide range of stock.What makes this Argos particularly special is that the staff are always cheerful and helpful!Thank you Argos, long may you remain in our town!

Friendly staff and a very quiet shop which is great. I get all my parcels delivered there too which is quite handy.

bought a fibre optic christmas tree when i got home the wife said that box looks like it's opened and resealed,inside the box the power wire wasn't wrapped up just stuffed in the box and to top it off the lights didn't work at all so now a 17 mile round trip to take it back,and now i have written on the box in big black marker pen not working so nobody else gets passed this tree

I bought something for my TV which turned out not to be the right fit. When I went to return it, the staff in St Neots told me it was now second hand and could not be returned. Fascinated to see how they maintain that as a business model.

Poor service. .. I bought a fitbit charge 3 watch for £130.. I was told when I purchased that I could return the watch if I wasn't happy within 14 days.. When I got home I downloaded the app and paired the watch.. I wasn't 100% happy with the watch I bought so I reset to factory settings and returned the watch the next day.. Only to be told that the watch I had bought couldn't be returned.. I am now stuck with a watch that I am not happy with.. Very angry with argos and very poor customer service..
