Haven't been in for a while, was in there less than 2 minutes when the manager came and told me off for putting the foundation tester on my face from my hand. If she hadn't had such a bad attitude I would have stayed but because of her this, I walked straight out.
I think some customer service training is needed here.
She was hovering around as soon as I walked in. When I walked out she was shouting after me trying to make amends but too late. Never shopping there again while she's there!!

I went into Superdrug, in St.Ives, today and I just want to say how well stocked the shelves were. Plus, the staff should all be commended for the attention to detail of all the products on the shelves, everything was all facing forward and it looks so much nicer than most stores you go in. I wish more people took more pride in doing a job properly. It makes a big difference when you're trying to find something and it didn't go unnoticed...so I just wanted to say a big thank you.xx

A great shop within st ives but unfortunately I won?t be returning, after visiting the store on Friday afternoon with my daughter (19) it became very noticeable that we were being watched by a couple of members of staff, my only horrified thought was they thought we were shop lifting ? we quickly PAID for our stuff and left.
