A great shop within st ives but unfortunately I won?t be returning, after visiting the store on Friday afternoon with my daughter (19) it became very noticeable that we were being watched by a couple of members of staff, my only horrified thought was they thought we were shop lifting ? we quickly PAID for our stuff and left.

I have only given 2 stars because after going in superdrug today. I went in for vitamins and wanted the buy 2 get 1 free offer. There was no cod liver oil capsules on the shelf and I asked assistant if they had any in stock. She said there was but were upstairs and asked me to come back tomorrow, which I couldn't. The assistant was very pleasant and apologetic in her manner. However, there are shops that go to the effort and will go to a stock room. Even if only to look. I felt there was laziness at play as she was very young and fit looking. Had she have not been pleasant, I would have only given 1 star. I think Superdrug could have done much better.
