Think it's very mean to sell pasta in a meal deal and not provide a fork, I'd give the staff 3 stars for their apology but really it's on corporate to provide this basic stuff

Like to shop in this store as i find what i came for. They have changed the way you wait for tills and its completely wrong from customer or commercial point of view. Creates confusion who is waiting where. More in the way of other customers. If the fixture is turned 180 degrees it would create longer queue line and get rid of dead space in corner. Just a suggestion ?

For the sake of £4 you?ve lost a customer permanently. Bought a cheap vest, way to tight for the size on the label, trying it on the tag came off, label undamaged just the thin plastic tag. They refused, quoting policy, not allowing me to return it. So Beware! Nowhere to try stuff on and won?t accept reasonable returns.
So I donated the vest to a charity shop who were very grateful, staggered by your policy and kindly offered to simply reattach the tag so I could return it. That is customer service and I wasn?t even a customer. I left the vest that came with a bad experience at the charity shop.
So for the price of a plastic tag, maybe £0.001 you have lost a customer and gained a 1 star review, your loss for having a stupid policy.
