Think it's very mean to sell pasta in a meal deal and not provide a fork, I'd give the staff 3 stars for their apology but really it's on corporate to provide this basic stuff

Like to shop in this store as i find what i came for. They have changed the way you wait for tills and its completely wrong from customer or commercial point of view. Creates confusion who is waiting where. More in the way of other customers. If the fixture is turned 180 degrees it would create longer queue line and get...
