Great staff when you can get in, ridiculous opening hours. People work! Please either open late one day or for a few weekend hours.

This branch has reduced their hours so much I can never get in there, they don't do weekends. If you ever do find them open the queue is so long it takes for ever to get seen. I am closing my account asap.

Used this nationwide since birth. Now can no longer access it due to the opening times. And no Saturday opening times. Which is the only time I can access the bank. Would change banks to get better opening hours if it wasn't so much hassle. It doesn't have the friendly feel it had in the 90's with Noreen she was always so friendly and welcoming with the added personal touch.
