Very friendly branch staff. Always happy to help. Very often they are short staffed but everything is always sorted quickly and professionally.

I have banked with Lloyds for over 10 years. Each branch differs from one another so whether or not you have a great banking experience depends 100% on how the cashiers treat you. I must say, the staff in this branch understand that completely. Their customer service is spot on. We are lucky to have such great branch in a small village like St Ives. They are always friendly and efficient. The service has been consistently excellent for the 4 years I have been going to this branch.

The branch usually appears short staffed, but the staff are friendly and do all they can to assist. I almost always have to wait, but today was a bad day for me health wise, and the wait was longer than it had to be. The cashier was chatting with a customer about personal matters unrelated to banking. Basically, I was waiting for their chit chat to end. Sorry to say I made it plain I felt annoyed. The cashier professionally and calmly was politely short with me, and it seemed much longer than needed to complete my transaction there, but that could just be the way I feel today. . Don't blame her she was calm and courteous. I hope if she reads this she accepts my apologies.
