Store manager is rude! Also unaware of how to package food items as hot food and cold drinks in same bag which meant hot food was cold by the time it arrived although the driver got here ahead of time. Bottled cold drinks on top of savoury items which meant they was squashed. When questioned management became quite rude and offensive! The workers on the other hand are friendly and polite and understand basic food hygiene. Would avoid this store until manager understands basic customer service skills as shouting at a customer who has an incorrect order is totally unacceptable.

Unfortunately the staff have no choice except to prioritise Uber Eats over their face to it face customers. Nowadays there are long queues and food sometimes runs out just as you get to the counter. Staff do their best but most of the time there is only one person working out front

Many items sold out and staff "unable" to bake new items despite this being two hours before store closure. Not good service here.

Came at 10:40, hoping to buy a sandwich meal deal for lunch later.
No sandwiches for sale. No pastries or anything on the shelves. Old , leftover, cold wedges left in the heater part, that looked like they had been there for a long time.
They didn't even bother turning on the drinks fridge either, so all the drinks were warm.
Why bother opening the store, if you are not going to sell anything?

Food from Greggs is good I got the katsu chicken bake for a change and it was actually really good I recommend it.
Staff are a bit iffy at times but they are only people who can't be 100% all the time.

I cannot believe the amount of time i had to wait for a sausage roll, but then, Alex, the supervisor, spoke to me and calmed me, and benevolently gave me a free sausage roll, citing ?It?s not my money.? I was very grateful, I will visit again!

Recent refurbishment... nice store just steer clear at lunchtimes as its always packed
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance but doors are a little stiff to open and not automatic
