Great customer service and hot delicious pizza!! Sam was incredibly helpful! Speedy delivery, the driver has NOS!! The St Ives branch are always FANTASTIC and give you the best deals according to your needs. The driver is also amazing as he rang me instead of knocking on the door, as requested, so my wife didn't wake up and come try to steal a slice!! Thank you Dominos St Ives !!

Ordered the beloved Double Decedance on my first stay at new home. Unfortunately was a dissapointment compared to other Dominos locations. Middle layer lacked any real substance of cheese sauce, as if they were salvaging stocks, never had a double decedance with essentially a cardboard layer due to lack of sauce.
Also sent me diet coke instead of normal as ordered. At least give the customer a call if you don't have an item instead of just assuming the alternative.
I'll try again at some point for round 2, hopefully they aren't as stingy on the cheese sauce. I'll update my review based on the second experience.

Over an hour waiting for food to be delivered despite only being a mile away. Tracker appeared to show the food waiting for delivery for 45 minutes and it turns up luke-warm. Wouldn?t have left a review at all but despite ticking the no marketing emails option I got an automated condescending ?Sorry about that?? email the day after. No future discount or anything to compensate in this email. Will just avoid in future.

Ordered a gluten free pizza Monday money went through they call me got no gluten free baces. No problem they refund me. Wednesday fancy a pizza I call to see if they have baces in I got told yes so I place and order and get a call saying no baces again and he didn't look properly when I called so now I'm waiting on two refunds. It's a joke
