On Monday, January 20th, around 12 PM, I purchased a medium coffee here for £3.90. I handed £5 to the lady at the register, but she did not give me my change. When I pointed this out, she responded in a dismissive manner, insisting that she had already given me the money, and then turned her back on me. While £1 is not a significant amount, her attitude was entirely inappropriate. I hope you will address this behavior with her.

You know what you're getting with Costa, good enough coffee and fresh food too, it can get way too busy sometimes but thats a sign of a good business.
Some buffoon keeps moving the maps pin to Globe Place Car Park, I keep correcting it but someone keeps moving it back, for anyone visiting who is striggling to find it, it's in Crown St down past Lloyds Bank, west end of the Market Place.

Had toast, honey and a latte the same thing I have in every Costa. I was charged 30p more here than other Costas, I queried the cost but the staff member was dismissive. I queried it with Costa head office and got a dismissive email back. I would check the prices at this store before you order.

Go in reasonably often, staff are always polite & helpful. Was in recently & saw 2 guide dog puppies in training & staff were just fabulous. Helpful to their handlers, and as requested didn?t talk to the dogs, & made sure non dog people were accommodated. Just had coffee & chat with friends but it was a very pleasant experience.

I went through the drive thru at 6.50pm (10 mins before they shut) and said they couldn?t serve me as the shop was closing but the sign says they close at 7pm?

A senior citizen I was accompanying to an eye test in Spec Savers had an unfortunate accident and the staff in Costa were extremely helpful and kind unlike the frosty response from the staff in Specsavers who claimed there were no toilet facilities to use.
