Anyone that has problems with they're bottoms know it's uncomfortable to bend down or squat so why are the relevant creams and ointments on the bottom shelf ie floor level

The pharmacy never answers the phone and have no voicemail or call back facility. So long as you don't have any query or need to engage with them, it's fine, but otherwise it couldn't be much less useful or customer service led

Went there to see a pharmacist. There was no one there as I wait for about 15 mins. She comes up. There was a few people by then awaiting for the pharmacy.
She then comes and ask from other side of the qué what's wrong. I said what was the main concern , she still goes on I said I don't want to talk in front of all this people. Where was the pharmacist educated? Where is the GDPR haven't she learn the very basic of her job?
We go to a little cupboard room. She kept asking was I sent by the surgery. I said I was sent to see a pharmacist not specific that one but simply a pharmacist. She kept asking the same question. She got the same answer. Care service at high level. NOT.
Seems to be a main concern.
Where the hell are this people educated?!
Why they going to an industry of care when they simply can't do the basics.
Conclusion went to A&E as local surgery and Pharmacist system are simply broken.
It's sad to go to A_E when I believe the local surgery should be able to do his tasks.

Together with 111, the Boots male pharmacist working on Saturday Dec 16th , was very professional and thorough. He helped us with an emergency prescription and despite it being late in the afternoon, remained polite and understanding of our predicament at all times. Thank you.

Well after being a Boots customer for around 35 years, I have had enough. St Ives (Cambridgeshire) branch is beyond shocking and a disgrace to the brand name. I think the last 10-12 visits (at various points in the day) that I have visited this store, I have been told I cannot purchase URGENT medication. On every occasion I am told to come back at a certain time, but when I return at that time this then changes to another time and so on and so on?.I have just wasted another morning with this store and I still do not have what I need. The attitude is also shocking and some of the staff need to think about how they speak to customers, so that?s it I?m done. I will stick with Huntingdon branch who provide beyond and above service.

I have been to the pharmacy many times and the staff are friendly but usually there are not enough of them. I have waited over 30 minutes twice to get served, once when they had lost my prescription. When I phoned to ask for the items they ordered it for me and told me to come the next day after 2pm.At 215pm I joined the queue and waited. 20 minutes later I got served. It wasn't ready and 1 item was missing. It had to be reordered. She said the pharmacist had to to check ithe item that had come in and I waited another 10 minutes! I don't know the reasons why but the organisation seems a bit chaotic. There were a few tuts from people in the queue, so it wasn't just me that was kept waiting!

We wanted to return a No.7 product, unopened, within the specified 35 days on the Boots website for returns. Two shop assistants then had to go to the office, to speak to the manager to find out if this was possible. Both came back saying no. No reason. The manager, Nish, then came down and again insisted any cosmetic product could not be returned, even unopened like ours. We disagreed and showed him the returns policy detailed on the Boots website but he still argued with us. Eventually he begrudgingly gave us a refund but still tutted and treated us as if we were in the wrong. Terrible customer service, terrible staff knowledge of company policy and making customers feel like dirt. We will never shop here again.

Selling Sun Tan Lotion and other goodies for your holiday. Covering most ailments with creams and tablets. You can also download you photographs on their machines. Prescriptions can be collected from the pharmacy or you can opted to have them delivered to your house. Disabled entrance available.

Called in with my partner to help her print some photos. Very limited space around the machines. Young male assistant asked me to move from where i was standing, then lifted my bag out of the way and dragged a heavy basket rack to where i had been standing , so i couldn't return next to my partner to help her. No please , sorry or thank you. Very ,very rude . We will get photos printed somewhere else in future.
