Anyone that has problems with they're bottoms know it's uncomfortable to bend down or squat so why are the relevant creams and ointments on the bottom shelf ie floor level

The pharmacy never answers the phone and have no voicemail or call back facility. So long as you don't have any query or need to engage with them, it's fine, but otherwise it couldn't be much less useful or customer service led

Went there to see a pharmacist. There was no one there as I wait for about 15 mins. She comes up. There was a few people by then awaiting for the pharmacy. She then comes and ask from other side of the qué what's wrong. I said what was the main concern , she still goes on I said I don't want to talk in front of all... read full comment
