I have had massages, facial treatments and manicures at Indi + Eve and they have been amongst the best (maybe THE best) treatments I have ever had. Hayley is wonderful - knowledgeable about her treatments and products, and she really gets to know her clients, too. Hayley uses products that are ethically sourced, from carbon positive companies, and oh my goodness they smell and feel amazing!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Indi + Eve for total pampering and relaxation.

I moved into the area recently a wanted a local beauty salon where I could have a weekly 90 minute massage. I found Hayley owner of Indy & Eve and what find! Hayley is lovely, very professional, has a really nice salon and is a highly qualified masseuse. I can honestly say her massages are the best I have ever had and her massage table is fabulous, it?s heated and adjustable so very comfortable.
I would highly recommend Hayley.

WOW! I had a full body massage today and facial and have never felt so good after! Hayley is amazing at what she does and takes very good care of you! I have my nails done every 3 weeks too and the quality is 11/10! she takes so much pride in her work and it shows with the quality you receive! I would recommend everyone to go and visit her and have a treatment! Trust me you won't regret it!

Tonight I had a full body massage with Hayley, she managed to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Fantastic massage really impressed Hayley was so lovely and very professional - her customer service and attention to detail were first class. Would highly recommend. Can?t wait to visit again. I just had an amazing 45minute back, neck and shoulder stress relief massage I honestly could have fallen asleep. Hayley was so welcoming and informed me of everything I needed to know before and after the massage and prices were in line with other local salons. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future treatments here.

Absolutely love visiting Indi & Eve salon. Hayley has been amazing not only with carrying out beauty treatments to a high standard but making me feel so comfortable and relaxed each time. The salon is beautifully presented and is always very clean. Looking forward to my next visit

I had an extremely disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on the unprofessional behavior I encountered. Despite being a regular client, the level of customer service I received was far below expectations.Firstly, the salon rescheduled my appointment once, which was inconvenient but understandable as unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when they canceled my appointment last minute. Considering I had informed them about my upcoming holiday in just four days, I kindly requested if they could find an available slot for me. Instead of demonstrating understanding or attempting to accommodate me, the lady replied coldly, stating that she couldn't rearrange her appointments and suggested I find another salon to fit me in.As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a more considerate response. It was disheartening to be treated in such a dismissive manner, especially when I had already made a deposit for the appointment. When I asked for a refund of my deposit, the lady reluctantly agreed and assured me that she would process it promptly. However, I had to follow up with her after a few days, only to be told that she had made the refund days ago. Strangely enough, I did received the money back on the day I follow up.Such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the salon's commitment to customer satisfaction and leaves much to be desired in terms of professionalism and communication. As a regular client, I expected a higher level of service, flexibility, and attentiveness to my needs. Unfortunately, my experience with this nail salon fell far short of these expectations.While it is important to acknowledge that unexpected events can disrupt business operations, it is equally vital for businesses to handle such situations with transparency, empathy, and professionalism. Regrettably, this particular nail salon failed to meet these basic standards.I would strongly caution potential clients to carefully consider their options before choosing this salon.
