Just ordered two HG mould sprays from your web site. I added one HG liquid drain blocker as well , however as soon is I did that, the delivery cost jumped from 2.95 to 4.95! Your delivery policy clearly states and I quote: "Orders over 2kg are despatched via UK Mail or DPD and charged at a flat rate of between £4.95 - £7.95 (depending on weight and size) excluding VAT." Those sprays are 500ml each, the three of them would be only 1.5kg, which is nowhere near to 2kg. I removed one spray and placed my order. You might want to look at this issue since either there is a a problem with your website or your delivery policy is inaccurate.

AVOID. Absolutely dreadful customer service.Please check out the Trust Pilot reviews first.This company keeps trying their best, in vain, to get negative reviews removed as they cannot accept constructive criticism, although it is factual.They blame Royal Mail, Amazon, even Trust Pilot , everyone but themselves for their failings.Surprised Amazon allow them trading on the site.Hopefully that is going to change.No matter what the circumstances of the failure to deliver the item, there is no excuse for poor customer service.

Useless.I ordered off Ebay, from Spain, something I do regularly with no issue. Delivery did not arrive. Contacted them as the seller and totally unhelpful. They made little attempt to resolve the issue either via EBay or the delivery company. AVOID.

I have given Homecare Essentials a 1 star for poor service. If one wants to do business with a company which is prepared to look into problems which its customers may experience, Homecare is NOT one which I would recommend. They tried to fob me off with a problem which I was experiencing with an expensive polish and also misquoted me. I won't do business with them again.

I suffer with asthma and cleaning products trigger this off. I have been finding the usual branded name cleaning products more and more intolerable to use. They left my chest tight and wheezy after a deep clean. I researched the internet and found out that its the high "voc"levels and all the nasty toxic ingredients that left me short of breath. So I looked for some cleaning products that have low doses of these. Homecare essentials stock products by Method, so I ordered a shower spray, kitchen cleaner and multi purpose cleaner. Not only are these products fantastic! ( better cleaning power than my usual) but I no longer need to reach for my inhaler. I have now given my old products away and will be replacing them with products by Method. Honestly if sprays trigger your asthma, try them. I no longer dread cleaning day ( well, yes I do, I hate cleaning) but I no longer suffer because of it. They also smell devine and are so gentle, you dont need rubber gloves either.
