I came to this nail salon 3/4 weeks ago for the first time. I have been getting my nails done for years and have never had any issue and I am educated on how to maintain my nails correctly and hygienically between appointments. However, I got my nails removed in a different salon today as it was time to get them taken off and the condition of my natural nails is appalling. I have infections on all my natural nails under the acrylics and my nails are completely ruined. I presume this is due to poor hygiene as all of the tools in the salon appear to not been stored correctly or sanitised regularly between customers. I am so so disappointed as I haven?t had my nails done in months prior to this appointment and my nails were in perfect condition before I came to this salon!
