Love this costa, drive thru service is always quick and the team are mostly very friendly. Great spot as well as there?s no where else for me to stop the whole way from Cambridge to Woking aside from McDonalds that?s 5 minutes down the road.

Where do you start! Rubbish litters the car park and inside the shop. The three girls serving had little charisma or rapport. That said, one did help an elderly chap when his table was dirty! They were advertising offers that they just didn't have in stock (lemon muffin + coffee to name it), nor could/would substitute. Other than that, the coffee was nice enough but it wasn't as though there was any atmosphere ( nought to listen to or look at) so not quite the place to go to unwind.

Very busy indoor service. Maybe the drive through experience was faster. Shame there is only 1 toilet. It was clean though.
Vegetarian options: Plant based milk offered.
Parking: Few spaces, though there is parking on the otherside where Aldi and M & S are located.
Wheelchair accessibility: Auto door opening. Few few disabled parking bays which are usually full and occupied for ages.

Was travelling and this was the 1st time using this Costa. Quick service (was not too busy but that could be due to time of day), food & drink good and Staff friendly/polite. Recommended.

Lovely staff helped me choose drinks for my kids and me when I couldn't decide! Very helpful and excellent service.

The store helped us in our hour of need when our car broke down last week, very helpful manager who let us stay inside until we were sorted, thanks again!
