Gave me an hour notice before delivery, nobody was home in time. Immediately contacted them on webchat to arrange a redelivery or collection. Claimed the empty house refused the delivery was told I was not allowed to have the parcel redelivered. Was informed parcel had been returned to the sender, while it was still on the truck BEFORE it had even returned to the depot. No card left by driver so I believe delivery was attempted at the wrong house. Once I receive the second attempt of this parcel, if they can even manage it. I 100% will be cancelling any orders that inform me yodel will be delivering. The customer service was incredibly unhelpful, too many apologies and not enough information as to why they couldn?t just redeliver? Eventually told me they would forward everything to the depot team for investigation. I immediately knew this was just a tactic to get me off the web chat and expected the same ?we?re sorry contact your sender? response I?d been given. Today the expected email came through. Not even a surprise!

Ordered my item on ebay and the tracking said needs more info. Called to see why and they have changed my postcode themselves and said I must have done it... given instructions for delivery to a T but still no joy even with my phone number added. Everyone else delivers to me no issue but I guess yodel are cheap for a reason ?

Yodel driver took pics of item being delivered then stole parcel. All caught on my video doorbell. Yodel very unhelpful, as I have asked for the driver details and asked them to inform him that we saw what he did before we go to the police. That all we want is our parcel back they told me to contact the retailer. We have given them until the end of play to get in touch with the delivery driver or we will be going to the police. What a joke!!

Item sent 11th NovemberNo attempts to deliver17th November system says attempt of delivery card left - according to customer lack of service courier wasn't actually at the location18th November - told will be delivered - no attempted made20th November- told will be delivered - no attempt made21st November- told will be delivered - no attempt made22nd November- told will be delivered...Customer lack of service on online chat are liars and won't be surprised if its a robot. No way to speak with human. Disgusting company. Worst of the worst. Will only get worse with Christmas coming up.

Collected a Parcel from Yodel at Orton Southgate Parcel Depot. Everything was so easy the staff were polite, courteous and professional and the waiting around was minimal. Great customer service.

Had asked for the delivery to be left with a neighbour. Then wanted to change it back, as we returned home earlier than expected, which we weren't allowed to do, even through the call center. Ended up waiting the entire day, well beyond the 2hr delivery window and they never showed up either to us or to our neighbours. We then got a message saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home, which was a blatant lie. No way to get in touch with the driver, or check after hours. Poor service!

The worst experience I ever had you can. My parcel missing. They lie on the webchat. They don?t comply with the delivery estimates. They don?t notify you. They don?t care. Shame on you. Avoid them.

Worst delivery service I was going to get a parcel delivered today but the delivery map froze on the map on 6 stops for 4 hours and still going. I thought I was going to get it today but I never did with me wasting my time at home waiting for nothing to come.

Sent a parcel using inpost lockers. I wasn?t aware yodel collected and delivered from them as a courier partner. Yodel returned my parcel to me after a week with no explanation. I chatted online to them several times with one lady saying it?s nothing to do with them but inpost. They don?t want to take any accountability. They said there were issues with the address which is ridiculous since I used the correct address. They have also sent me someone else?s parcel and I can?t even return that or find out what to do with it. They are not helpful at all.

Driver didn't leave my parcel in my designated safe space that I even gave a notice that they had my permission to, when spoke to a representative they told me that they would try again to deliver my parcel the next day, the next day being Sunday, the one day that they don't deliver. No customer service or way to make a complaint on Sundays either for that mattertl;drPoor quality driver, Poor quality customer service staff that don't know their own work hours, lost what little hope I had in yodel being anything close to good
