Absolutely terrible customer service ? never coming back.
I had one of the worst shopping experiences today. I bought a piece of metal this morning, but it turned out to be the wrong size. When I came back in the afternoon to exchange it and paid the price difference, I simply asked if they could reprint the original receipt, because the one I got earlier was incomplete due to a printer issue ? it only showed one item.
The only response I got ? repeated three times ? was: ?We can?t print it.?
No explanation. No apology. No attempt to help. Just a cold, blank stare and total disregard for customer service.
Unbelievable attitude. I won?t be spending another penny here.

Click and collect service used. Staff complety ignored me while standing at the collection point and served someone else who came later with a few items. Dont know if they know the concept of click and collect or even the concept of a que ?

I bought Wickes own brand emulsion, wrongly I picked up Silk instead of Matt.. As I had my hands full with other items, I didn't check as it was in the Matt section..
A few weeks later i asked if I could change it over to Matt as its their own brand..
They refused as I cannot for the life of me to find the receipt..
B&Q from now on, at least they're more helpful...

Our bathroom installation was completed to a poor and unacceptable standard.
Defects include:
cracked tiles, uneven grouting, exposed edges, sloppy trim, and incomplete finishing.
A newly supplied towel radiator burst, spraying water across the room.
The shower pump was left stacked on unused tiles, not professionally installed.
Tiling was done over existing tiles around the door, against our explicit instructions.
Wickes acknowledged our complaint on 25 February 2025. It is now the 1st of July 2025 and we haven't heard from them since February despite repeated attempts.
