I, unfortunately, had to travel here for Covid booster jab because for some reason NOWHERE in my own town was doing them. Anyway when I was called in for my jab the person (a doctor??) did not use a swab to wipe my arm either before or after the jab! Absolutely disgusting, it's very basic hygiene that was just completely ignored. I hope I don't ever have to go back there again!

It is a great sadness that the reviews from a time when this pharmacy was differently run are still visible?it is now with new management and staff who are all delightful, efficient, empathetic and altogether excellent. . Well done Well Pharmacy and thank you for your kindness!

Have rung 5 times now to ask if my prescription is ready as I'm in too much pain to walk down and find its not ready. The phone just rings and rings......until you get cut off.

I'm a housebound disabled woman who has not received any medication from this place and they have even only supplied half of my monthly amount of one of my critical meds last time which has now made me run out of the other dose of the same drug and I have made every effort possible to me to make contact with them but let's put it this way ive NOT HAD ANY PERSON PICKING UP THE PHONE THAT END... if I don't get any medication soon my body is going to go into withdrawal and I will have to report this issue to my gp and my orthopaedic surgeon and will be putting in a complaint with the higher authority of this establishment as I CAN'T GET OUT TO FETCH MY MEDS MYSELF AND I HAVE NO OTHER PERSON TO GET THEM FOR ME...!!!!!

What pharmacy closes on a Saturday! It?s disgusting. Not only can you not get through when you phone , they need to employ someone to answer the phone, vulnerable people are relying on them for advise and help, illness does not stop at the weekend .they are not here for the community enough, maybe someone needs to be more in tune with the customers , who are not getting the service they deserve , and pay for , even more so on a Saturday, how can this be allowed to happen?

Just simply rude in here - went in today, I was the only customer in there, none of the 3 staff members even acknowledged me and try as I might to make eye contact they seemed to pretend not to see me, after 5 or so minutes I said excuse me, one of the women snapped that she would be with me when she had finished what she was doing, I was then left standing for a few more minutes until the other lady came to serve me - no apology for the wait. I don?t understand how they do not have basic manners or people skills - why would you not acknowledge someone coming in and just say I?ll be with you soon?

Incredibly slow and communication is appalling.If you're reliant on prescribed analgesics or better quality of life medication, think carefully before requesting your prescription dispensing from here.It's a good job they don't have to measure out the medication anymore.

The worse Pharmacy ever! I will ask my GP from now on to send my prescription somewhere else. These people are very slow and not nice at all. Also, they never picking up their phone when you ringing. For example, today, after waiting 20 minutes to collect my daughter medication they said that internet is down and cannot process the prescription. Why in 20 min was not ready? Because was not too many people in the pharmacy. I said I will come back in 30 min and surprise! Door locked because of the internet. I would like to mention that before going there I was trying to ring them and no chance to answer. They never answering!!! I hope this review will be seen by someone who is in charge of this pharmacy and trying to sort this communication issues there.

9 days and my prescription still want ready, and had to wait an hour for them to get was was in stock ready for me, its the same 90% of the time. This is a private business which chooses not to pay the staff well and therefore is always short staffed, rubbish management. service.

Just went to collect a prescription from the well pharmacy to be told it?s not here, it?s at Peterborough. I asked if he would call them to get it released. To his reply I can?t do with this s*** and walked off. Hmmmm
