Answer your phones! People rely on this service to get much needed medication. What is wrong with this place? Terrible, terrible service for a PHARMACY. I have stood in a queue here with 3 people working behind the counter and all have just ignored the phone ringing. Yesterday I rang 5 times all at different times of the day with no answer. Today I have been ringing all morning....NO ANSWER!. Guess I will now drive to the pharmacy to ask if the prescription i ordered 8 days ago is ready, only to be told to come back after 3 pm. Well, if someone had answered one of my many calls it would save lots of inconvenience.

I can't really say one way or another as my COVID jab was cancelled,and I have rebooked but if that gets cancelled again, I won't be getting a jab since the last time to get them is the 15th of December and I am scheduled for the 13th.

Had a covid jab booked, left work for this, only to be told they were too busy to do it. FUMING, I WAS ALSO BUSY, but took time off to get this jab to protect NHS. SHOCKING.

This pharmacy takes about 4-5working to sort out repeat prescription - with gp that sits in the same building.The staff in this pharmacy will let you stand and wait at the till whilst arguing between themselves who's job is what or whilst rustling paper bags, mumbling to themselves and pretending they are busy

Worst pharmacy. The guy who runs it is shockingly bad. The lovely girl who works with him does her best but my goodness it's useless.

I live nearby, but am housebound, so they are supposed to deliver my prescriptions. I always order my prescriptions 2 weeks early to make sure I get the new one before the old one runs out, but again, it's been a week since I had medication, and I can't raise anyone on the phone. I have to get my son who lives on the other side of town to come get it for me. What a sad state of affairs. They should either employ more people, or shut up shop. It's awful. Gonna move pharmacy in future. Anythings better than this. Makes me wonder if it's worth taking the medication at all. They won't be effective if I don't take them, and I can't take them if I don't have them.

Been trying to call this pharmacy for the last 4 days as I was informed a prescription had been sent here but can?t get through and I?ve been ill so not able to leave house. I have it set up so that my prescriptions go to home delivery but theyve only sent me two out of three
