Rude and unhelpful staff who don?t care about what issue you?re having (even when it?s quite serious). They treat you like you?re a nuisance and talk to you like you?re a bother. They all such an attitude as if they?re not there for us to ask for medical advice and sort out our medicines. On top of that, always such long wait times. You?ll request a prescription and a week later it still won?t be ready. Never mind people who need urgent meds or whose lives quite literally depend on it.
The only reason I use this is because the other one near me is too far away, else I?d go there.

I feel sorry for the staff at this chemist. They're always so busy and behind because of demand. It's obvious that they're understaffed. Pharmacists never seem to last long here either. At key moments throughout the day, there's often a queue of people going out of the door. Because they're always behind, they have to ready prescriptions for you there and then, rather than having them ready to collect like at other pharmacies.
This isn't the staffs fault. This is the fault of Well. It's a major corporation being run on the absolute cheap and to the detriment of customers. No doubt it's board members have plenty of money to spend on new yachts and cars. But they obviously could care less about running a business that serves customers well (ha).
This is why I'll never use them again if I can help it. I highly recommend Walton Chemist just down the road. A more independent pharmacy with friendly staff that always have time for you, always have your prescription ready to collect and never seem entirely rushed off their feet.

It's close to me, staff are very friendly and always helps out. I always get here everything I need. And I have my favorite people as well :) thank you all for looking out for me ;)

Booked in a flu jab. Had to wait in a queue for our flu jab making us late. When it's our time to get the jab the pharmicist decides to take his lunch and asks us to wait half an hour... not waiting around with a baby.

It?s only near to me , from long I bee registered with boot pharmacy and my medicine take long to get from there and if thy give me it will be not all I want clams I been late and thy ask for review from the doctor and I had many of this reviews , I get tired and I think or I hope changing the doctor and the pharmacy will make my life easier ?? I heard thy are good looking after old people so decide to register as it?s near where I live hope I find what I missed from long

I have since moved pharmacy, but for the ten years that I used this pharmacy, it just got worse and worse.. I would put in a prescription at the doctors and wait between four and seven working days to collect from pharmacy. I would go to the pharmacy to pick up and still had to wait 45 minutes? another occasion I went in for advice and they just read information from a leaflet, not answering my questions, making me feel stupid and didn?t seem to want to help. The rudeness and the unprofessionalism, it got to the point where I felt that I should move pharmacy, as years of this awful service was causing me to feel irritated and have now have transferred to Werrington where the staff are kind, helpful and make me feel welcome.

Rude and slow service. Prescriptions are not ready in time. Empty pharmacy but they "had no time". I suggest to avoid it.

Easy access and friendly staff. Quite a lot of small gifts hear in the chemist apart from the normal stuff we visit for such as medical stuff. Prices are oknas well.

Most horrible pharmacy in a city. Once they told they lost prescription. But after angry conversation tey find. Always need wait an hours hours or even a week for prescription. They took prescription afer say back in one hour I need wait again more than hour and after I ask just back my prescription they say no you need wait more in a horrible line. Please people do not go there. Please not making a job for them so they could be rethinking. Please use others it is so many in a city. Someone must fix then job. In Bretton boots much more people and tbey mush faster always. I will never ever ever use it again.
