It?s very cramped and not wheelchair or buggy friendly. They don?t even have a lift for the second floor so I couldn?t go up and have a look at the rest of the books. Please be more inclusive.

Lovely staff, the children's collections are endless couldnt choose one. There's always a chance to buy one and second one half price for adults in the middle of the store. The layout is easy to navigate. Upstairs is also for customers with cooking books, encyclopedia etc.

I was looking in the window with my dog this morning, and the most polite young woman invited us in and said well-behaved dogs were welcome. Her colleague behind the counter was just as polite. Really warm and welcoming.
