Store closed early!!
I places an order to urgently collect from the Vodafone store today (Thursday) straight after work as it states it shuts at 8pm on a Thursday. I arrived at the store after rushing from work and paying for parking, at 18:15 to find the store was locked up and shut nearly 2 hours earlier than stated.
I called Vodafone customer services and told me there's nothing they can do and to try again tomorrow... I can't get what I paid for and needed it urgently and I won't get there until 18:00 again as I'm at work and the store will.be closed again.
They can't deliver it to my home address as I won't be home to sign for it.. Stupid system.
Why shut earlier than stated?? I rushed there and paid for parking for nothing and sat in all the rush hour traffic on the way back.

As the website suggests it's supposed to be open till 8pm on Thursday but apparently that's wrong so a wasted 30 minute trip and car park charge for nothing then

If you need to phone the store and talk to a human about picking up a delivery then don't bother

Disappointed staff lie when i said i want to cancel contract they said to pay 450 pounds fee just for leaving Vodafone very bad experience never recommend

Was having issues setting up my new contract. I went into the store for help one week and found out by a very helpful young man that I was just a little too early and needed to wait another day or so. He also told me if I had any continuing problems to pop back and they would help me.I could not access my account by the following week and tried in vain to get help remotely. I ended up going into the shop as I did not have any other options left and I had been invited to do so. I got there and was not allowed to finish explaining and when I interrupted being interrupted they took offense. I took a deep breath as I needed them to help me. The gentleman did not really know much about technical issues and that was fairly obvious. The young lady with enormous false eyelashes was quite surly and just clearly did not want to help. I ended up having to leave with more of a problem than I came in with.The customer service was poor, the service itself was worse and I will not be staying with Vodafone. I have not really come across a company that performed quite as badly on the whole as this.
