Called into Hampton Store today with my wife and had excellent service from Kirsty,she was warm ,friendly and extremely professional in getting our holiday arrangements dealt with.The branch manager made us very comfortable, we would certainly use this store again.

Called through to the customer service line and got put through to Joe at the tui Peterborough superstore. This young man was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Because of his friendly service I will definitely use this store to book my next holiday Joe is an asset to the company.

I would recommend booking your holiday with tui I have been a customer for a lot of years and have never been disappointed with the service nicola is such a fantastic representative for the company its staff like her that has made me stay with tui everyone in the store is a credit to the company and nothing has never been to much trouble for the staff they are so professional polite and friendly And because of the service i have always received i will never have a reason to book with anyone else fantastic service all round and would like to thank nicola for the advice she has always given us about our holidays

Not impressed that the opening times updated a week ago are incorrect. The store allegedly closes at 6:30 every night. Why not state that then. Wasted journey

Called in last night at 17.45, lady said I'll be with you in a minute, after 10 minutes she came over and said can I help you and we said I'd like to book a holiday. She replied with a sarcastic smile I'm sorry we're closing and I haven't got time.Why didn't she say to start ? Unhelpful person and not what I normally expect from TUI !

Poor poor service . Four staff sitting at desk couldn't see me due to breaks and need to make an appointment. How do they make money !! No customers in store .
