Worst bank ever! Customer service is absolutely useless, rude and impossible to deal with. Money goes missing between transfers with no explanation, the app constantly crashes, and cards keep getting blocked for no reason. This bank causes nothing but stress and frustration. Avoid at all costs ? highly NOT recommended based on my terrible personal experience.

We had our appointment today at this TSB branch to open Under-19s bank accounts for our sons. We were so glad to be assisted by Mandy ? such a lovely person who provided an excellent, friendly service that was perfectly tailored to our busy family schedule. We?d be more than happy to have Mandy again for any future appointments with TSB!

I was trying to open a saving account but for some reason the online application didn't work so I went to TSB branch in Peterborough.
The TSB employees were really helpful. I received a great support from Amrita and her colleagues.
She managed to open the savings accounts for me and she helped me to upgrade my TSB account too which it was really great ?.
Overall I always had a good experience with TSB Bank . I wish I can give them more than 5 stars ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Tried booking an appointment online to open current accounts for my teenage boys?super frustrating and not helpful at all. Ended up visiting the branch, and Amrita was amazing! Really patient, listened to my concerns, and helped me get everything sorted. Big thanks to her! ?

Met up with Jan and he helped me apply online as I was already on the electoral poll. So didn't need to show ID as my ID is in DVLA's hands ATM. Frustrated waiting for over a month now without any ID. In my own country. Even payed for fast track on my ID. But this isn't a complaint about DVLA this is a good review about TSB and their friendly staff that are always happy to help. Especially Jan in Peterborough!
