The crew at traveler are extremely rude and will not give you cash in bigger denominations even if they have it ..as it makes it easy for them to close their till they will give you the smallest denomination?a which gives you lesser value abroad

Beware of their ?buy back? offer. They recently changed the terms and now buy back at a much worse rate than you bought. They also do not explain this significant change adequately

I am going on holiday on Saturday so decided to use Tesco Wisbech Travelex to get my euros.As I work 6 days a week I rang customer service at Tesco to ensure Travelex were open to wich the lady replied yes until 6pm...I tracked up to Tesco to find that the person running the Travelex dept was off sick so closed so as you can imagine pretty peeved as I had wasted petrol and time ...I then travel to King's Lynn Tesco superstore today to find again that Travelex depr is closed to due to sickness!!!!!! I won't ever bother exchanging money again with Travele a.
