I used to love this store. Great staff which they still are but they never have what I need in stock, instead try to push you onto what I perceive to be preferred suppliers at an inflated price. Or pushing customers to go to the bouges boulevard store which due to traffic is a pain. I'd rather go to screwfix instead and I hate screwfix.

Just passed in on off chance for extension lead. Have to say the staff(Steve) were excellent , service with a smile and customer friendly demeanour. First time customer, but will definitely use again.

Customer service shocking.Have purchased items with 10 year guarantee.Have called customer service 3 times and kepted waiting for over 45 mins to be told waiting for supplier this was 2 months ago.Would not recommend toolstation

No longer receive email invoicesDid change email address to try and rectify and received that single invoiceI need my invoices for my vat returns and tax returnNot happy and no one seems to be able to helpThey are friendly but business is business and I can't afford to not have invoices

First visit and had a small problem finding the way in. Adequate parking arrangements but staff very helpful and my order was found quickly. Would recommend.
