Awful service that left me with a wrecked pair of leather boots. A man told me to come back the next day despite me coming in mid-day and when I came the next day to pick up the boots, the woman working there had no idea about any repairs being done. She then rushed the job, which wrecked the soles of the boots (original price over £100) - and I had to hang around the shop for nearly an hour as I waited. Customer service is slow with the response and is not cooperating with a refund and repairs - wants me to travel too far away to get them fixed. Just find a local cobbler, or maybe a YouTube tutorial instead. Clowns!

I was sceptical about putting my ipad in for repair, having dropped it, but it was fixed in a few days (new screen) and is fine again. It wasn't cheap but better than the cost of a new ipad.

Always double check especially with bigger orders. At the time of this review, there were too many misunderstandings, poor communication between customer/myself and between staff, too. After all that hassle it would be really quicker for me to go to one of those machines 2 for 6 pounds at range or bq. They promised they will call you? Didn't happen for me. Seems I am special.

Came here with my work colleague so she could get her shoes reheeled. A couple of times it was shut and then finally managed to get them done but they had just glued them on for £11 - they broke 3 days later.. had to take them back and someone different stapled them instead and advised that wasn?t the usual practice? sometimes bigger names aren?t always the best names

It's far too expensive. For the price of a key cut, I initially assumed it was a franchise. One of the employees informed me today that it is not a franchise and that the company owns it. The location is ideal for me. That is the sole reason I go there. When I have a large number of keys to cut, I go somewhere else in town.

Friendly staff but sadly one of the keys I had cut didn't work. I got two replacements for free and one of those didn't work either. 2 out of 3 yale keys not working isn't really a very good hit rate. This shop us outside the Sainburys so perfect if you're not keen on mixing in these COVID times.

I took a pair of jeans in to be repaired, told three weeks that was okay, then another week, then another week, had to threaten taking action to get them back, they said when i pick them up a £15.00 voucher would be with them, collected them and guess what....the voucher hadn't arrived! You just couldn't make it up!They might do keys quickly, forget clothing repairs.

i had a very bad experience in this oxney road timpson store. I trusted this company's product quality, especially the key. Today I cut the keys for my daughter from this store, she used one to test if it is working, then the key snapped. I went back to ask for support, the staff humiliated me right front other customer and blame me for the broken key, in the end no refund, no apology, only busy to serve other white english customer, just because i am a chinese, that is how he will treat you. I swear I will never trust timpson store again. Absolutely rubbish, please don't think it just because it cut from Timpson, they can guarantee the quality. They can't do it anymore, so disappointed. The staff is so unprofessional...nasty Timpson staff
