The keys they make are nice and pretty good if your looking for a bargain (got one for a fiver). It might of been a offer but the original prices are 6-8 pounds. Very nice keys.

Excellent service. Came in today for a replacement watch battery. The man who served me was really helpful. He took time explaining what he was doing. He also tested the watch for the waterproof protection as well. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Luke super helpful and knowledgeable. They do so many things. Engraving, cut keys, fix watches, change the battery as well as fix shoes and other leather items! Fully recommended this branch.

I had paid to be provided with a duplicate car key back in September 2021 and was told that I will receive a call from the store manager as soon as the right key arrived as they did not have the one needed in stock.3 months fast forward - did not hear back from them so decided to visit the store to be told by the new store manager that he will check and give me a call back.Another 3 months passed by - same situation, visited the store 19/03/22. Showed the ticket and asked the manager if the key is ready - he could not find the key or any details logged so he advised me to ring the head office which I denied as I did not want to waste any more time on this. He will not be able to refund me as I did not have the payment receipt although I did have the job ticket with the details on!!He said he will ring the area manager and try to get it resolved that way promising to ring me back in an hour - this was around 11am.Did not hear back so visited the store again on Monday 21/03/22 to be told by the store manager - area manager has been off and will call you back once I have the confirmation of the next steps etc. by Tuesday.It is Wednesday 23/03/22 and still waiting to hear back - absolutely poor communication and rather lack of to be honest.

Required the same soles to be fitted on another pair of shoes the following week to be told they do not sell or fit them. Will never use them again.Something very wrong.
