I have been receiving good treatment from Dr. Haseeb, this review is actually for her. All the times I have had to see her she has attended to me well, I am happy with her treatment. And she?s also friendly.

Can't book an appointment by phone, as maximum people in queue, online booking system is down. The only way to get an appointment is to take time out of your day to come in and queue for an appointment, and by then the allocated slots for the day will be full ... God help us when other surgeries merge with this one!!!!

I spent all day on hold for a lady to to tell me no appointments were available, I couldn't book one in advance I could only try every day until I get one. I'm still waiting on test and results regarding swelling in the throat and trouble eating, she informed me that I could book online which is un true. Then she said she was hanging up because my phone signal was not great. She was less than no help. Incredibly frustrated and wondering what the point is of a GP practice that can't book appointments bar that day. They have hundreds of not more patient you can't seriously tell me you can see them all in a couple of days. Meaning the phone in system is stupid. Edit to say I called back still hurendous spoke to a lovely lady named Michelle who informed me they do pre bookings and that she will try her best to see if someone could call me back in 48hrs. Michelle was far more helpful polite and patient that the other lady. Definitely help elevate my concerns

Absolutely shocking service, still currently waiting on the phone for someone to answer. Only in position 8 and already 20 minutes in. Something has to be done.

The paramedic i saw today was lovely so are the other Dr's I have seen.But the surgery and out side in the entrance was a disgrace .Rubbish including mc Donald's take aways .cigarette butt's every where. Surgery B was a mess blinds hanging by skin of teeth all run down and feels dirty. What a shame Dr Bailey would turn in his grave.

Ridiculous. I have been calling for an hour and didn't even get to the queue. Getting appointment is impossible. I will be going to the walking centre as I know by the time I will finally connect to them there will be no appointments left. Horrible

Westgate practice Called 8:00 line closed still called 8:01 line is full.. request submitted online for appointment -request will be viewed within in 2 working days ???? What is this so how can you get in tough with dr if your child is sick and school says if you not bringing your child to dr has to be at school??? Come on how is that possible to get in touch with them?. Disapointed?

No relation to Patients. Many NOT Kind people don't know how to listen to people. I wanted to book an appointment for me and my baby and my little son but. The receptionist didn't want to listen to me, I said several times that I don't understand English, but she kept arguing and made me write under the name that I hung up because I didn't understand what I had to write. I'm not satisfied and I didn't get help
