Bought an item from the ranges website. Never got delivered to my address even though I used my correct details, it took 2 months of me messaging just to get contact with someone - I was told it wasn?t the range?s issue and they wouldn?t be sending me a new item or offering a refund. Nearly £60. And because of the courier company they use, delivered it to the wrong address. It?s no longer their issue. Poor excuse, poor company and will genuinely never use them again.

Aisles not wheelchair friendly due to items stacked on the corners and staff shelf-stacking blocked the whole aisle.
No suitable wheelchair trolley. We found it uncomfortable to balance a basket on our laps.
2 customer toilets (in the food section) are unsuitable for disabled users, because they are far too narrow.
Lots of shelves empty, many products displaying no prices, and mess on the shop floor.
Slow service at the cafe and the latte tasted awful.

Great shopping experience, plenty of variation and choice and excellent prices. Great variation of decor and ideas for your home with some bespoke furniture, garden furniture and art work available. Good internal cafe too

The store overall has nice items but the queueing time is not well organised as they shouldn't keep customers waiting to pay longer than needed.
Also if you need more information about a product, Customer's satisfaction should always be the first priority in a Store, but here they just pass by, don't ask if you need help, or make sure they sold the product we were looking for.
They should bother selling more and pleasing customers as Customer Services is the most important aspect in a Store.

Customer service is shocking
Ordered a deck chair for my daughter ans returned upon collecting as it wasnt the right character. They said they had sorted the refund however they haven't and the funds are due to be taken. Disputed with Klarna however they were ignored by the range.

Went in today and WOW, it was cooler outside than inside. The sweat was dripping off the poor staff, I would refuse to work in that store without sufficient air conditioning. I couldn't even browse my favourite store I had to leave within 2 minutes the heat was unbearable and alot of other customers left too because of this reason. The owners of this store really need to invest money in air con.

This store is well laid out and it contains a wide range of goods, garden, kitchen, bedrooms, no matter what you?re shopping for it?s well worth a visit. The only negative is exiting the car park, this isn?t the stores fault though, it?s a one way system onto a very busy road causing a bottleneck at busy times
