Don't like the new fruit and veg area if you are on a mobility scooter or in a wheelchair it would be very hard to retch the items at the back of the display

We usually shop here and we not only get very good customer service at the tills but all of the staff around are very nice and respectful with a smile on their face like its from their heart and it isn't forced. We get the same energy every week when we shop here and it has been going on like this for a good 8 years.

Worst quality food of any supermarket chain, since they moved in all the shops have gone out of business, Werrington Centre is turning into a ghost town. They even forced the Ploughman Bar out of business because they claim they want to redevelop the area, disgraceful. Thank you Tesco for ruining our centre ?

Not the best Tesco I have visited so far, but it contains all of the produce and supplies the community requires. Tesco shares a big car park with all of the other stores in Werrington Centre. The store is quite quiet on a weekday afternoon. It was fairly busy before. People had either gone somewhere to shop, or I managed to stop there on a quiet afternoon.
I can see lots of complaints on their quality of produce. Shame that no one in the online or social media department is given the task to reply to the complaints.

I and my colleagues work on behalf of a contractor for ikea new click & collect service located at tesco werrington.
We are located beside of the petrol station forecourt in the main car park operating 6 days a week Monday- Saturday 8am - 10am / 4pm - 6pm
Possibly a Sunday but unsure the times.
We all here to help you to deliver a first class service where you as a customer don't panick how your goods don't fit in your car.

Nice one Tesco. Mouldy nectarines on the best before date. The quality of your products, especially fruit and veg, has certainly plumetted recently. I shall not be using your store any longer.

Make sure you get a receipt and check it before leaving the store. I was in here on NYE, and the check out attendant scanned one of my items twice. It wasn't until I got home and checked my receipt that I noticed.
