It was ok. Staff very friendly but the aisles are very narrow and difficult to get round in wheelchair.
It is also much more expensive than normal teacos

Fed up with things getting put in the reduced fridge early. Went one Sunday at 1pm and saw beef burgers in there in a plastic tray/basket that hadn?t got a reduced sticker on. I was interested in buying them and asked a fella who was disappearing in the back room and he said ?sorry but we don?t reduce anything until 5pm!? Why were they in the reduced section then? They shouldn?t be in there until after they?ve been reduced. Seems to me that they are trying to get ahead to save time but surely you?d want to sell the beef burgers at the full price and leave them in the main display until 4.30 at the earliest. There was none in the main display at all. Very confusing and annoying to say the least as always finding things in there without a reduced sticker on that?s out of date that day so obviously a thing they do a lot.

Arrived 22:53 and the door was closed. Was an emergency and never happened before. Will take it further as walked 15 mins for it. Knocked on glass and security person was showing me closed even though it was still 7 minutes until store is supposed to be closed. This is surely not due to company standards and needs to be investigated.

staff are horrible, don't expect them to ask for your clubcard either, also have known this shop to shut when it wants. Say 10:30 shut and you will be ok...best thing is the security guards.

The music was blasting so loud that I couldn't stand to be in there for more than 3 minutes. I could barely hear my partner who was inches from me. I told the cashier and he just mugged me off. Poor customer service. They lost a customer today.

Staff are OK... my main gripe is that the fridges and freezers are left ajar a lot of the time you often see meat that is dark and on the turn ..surely they need to be kept closed to keep a certain temperature ...I also think that because it's a tesco express we don't get the special prices as you do in a tesco supermarket... its not fair Paston is rubbish for shopping ... stagecoach even took away the bus service that took us to Werrington Tesco supemarket ... so for those that don't have a car can't even get there anymore .. Paston is huge and its about time we had a better deal ...
