Every night at 10pm till 11pm, you are blasting music shouting and waking the whole street up when packing your cages away! You are waking residents this is a residential area. You are waking people that have work in the morning and also children who are sleeping. The store phone never picks up and they end the call. Completely disrespectful, will never shop for tesco again. Will be in touch with HR also.

I bought calpol for my son paid for it just noticed that calpol is for over 6 years and my son is three years old turn back pick the right one ask the guy on counter if he can exchange he said yes the manager who was walking around told him not do that I ask is there any policy he said no unfortunately he has to do what his manager is saying to him you check receipts it's just few minutes difference

Male staff here are generally friendlier than the female ones.The older Asian lady can be somewhat abrupt and unfriendly. Little slim white boy and Asian girl (usually there on Saturdays) seem to be the nicest.Security very unfriendly, and once suspected my husband of theft (maybe cos he's black) It was extremely embarrassing and left me with bad feelings towards the place.After that, I always make sure I take my receipt from the till.Most things are overpriced to be honest, but it's convenient and usually will stocked. The store manager seems nice.

For 4 weeks in a row there have been no freshly baked croissants and no almond croissants.They have been excellent in the past.They say there is a supply problem.Oddly Paston Tesco Express don't have any problems.A shame as Dogstorpe is closest.

Not to much selection in this store but is to be expected due to the size. The major problem at this store is the customer service skills of the majority of the staff including security. If you look under 20 and step into this store be prepared to be secretly followed around the store by security. Staff attitude is as if they don't want to be there, but yet they continue to work there. Not a great tesco express, unless you need fuel I would suggest visiting the paston one.
