Shocking customer service, the lady behind the till sighed at me because I didn't have my item on the weighing scale at which point I wouldn't see an issue as I simply had one more item.
I said to her your very rude and no need to sign she then said I don't care!!!
When asked for the manager she ignored me!
She did call them manager which I explained everything clearly at this point I'm very unhappy
The manager asked me not to call her a she and say the lady but she a she so no idea why they wanna start
I even explained my son is autistic and needs to hold his item
To which she told me I'm doing him no good
UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISCRIMINATION, DISCRIMINATION NOT EVEN A SMILE OR A HELLO AVOID THE STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The employers there are extremely rude and stole from me at the checkout they really need to learn how to have basic manners for people they are serving, otherwise they shouldn?t be working in a public place. Disgusting manners. Very rude, thieving staff.

I have gone there multiple times and can say it?s terrible 2 months ago I bought something from there and it then turned out it was out of date went to refund it and got my money back but went there the next date the same drinks where out and still out of date went the next day after that they where still out of date when I got to the checkout the guy looked at me like I killed he?s family. I went there another time and bought my items when leaving the security started having a go at me saying I haven?t payed for it the buzzers didn?t even go off he just seemed to not like me the person at the till told him I just payed but he just started ranting at him so I just left. Another time I went and let staff go through and said good morning to them but they just would pass and wouldn?t say anything back but look at there phones in job hours when I got to the till this older woman just had a customer ask if they have any of this Item in the back the shops colleague said no and the customer left as she was leaving the woman stuck her teeth out at her and leaned over the till and finally the last time I went the person who works there just kept going on about how bad her life is and her job shouting out loads of rude words in front of other customers children very dissatisfaction with the customer service and never have seen such a bad store if I could I?d give negative stars

Well?Iain who works here needs to be sacked!!! I popped into the shop first thing to get a few bits and he was also rude!! He needs to work somewhere not with the public! He made several remarks to me and I just ignored him ( it was only 7:30am on a Friday) so I was not ready to say much back to him! The rest of staff I came across seemed fine but he brings the whole store down!!! Let?s pray for a partner if he has one!!!!
