Why it closes at 8pm on a Saturday is beyond me, especially as 310 new flats with multiple occupants in has been built next door. Also everything is priced up compared to other tesco stores, there's no self service checkouts that take cash and you have to hang around for ages for them to open a proper till up if you want to pay cash. Very bizarre

In answer to David Walsh, the store was closed at 7.45pm due to a serious police incident instore and was closed for the safety of both staff AND customers.

Why on a Friday are you closed at 9pm went to get some shopping at 9.15pm and it?s closed it says on the door and on web sight you close at 10 what are you going to do about this

If you're going for Evri, don't bother. The label printer is always out of order and the staff take ages to find parcels for collection. I'd recommend PAK on Lincoln road for Evri services, they actually know what they're doing.

This tesco is advertised as a superstore came here and it's a metro with petrol station. Very disappointing.

As the name implies, you can enter and exit in a matter of minutes. It is a small Tesco with few options. A good place for quick, basic shopping. It has enough variety to meet most basic demands. It is located in a key area where there isn't much competition in the city centre.
