Wasnt able to even get a order in as when trying to order one of the subs they state it can only be available on 2 bread types one that i have an allergy to and another that i cannot stand no substitution available (they are not out of stock just unhelpfull) for anyone just this or nothing i thought the motto was your sub you way well that definatly is not the case with this subway, they are difficult and not able to serve peoples needs i have been to other subways accros the country and when asking for other breads or items to be removed from my menu made sub it has never been an issue i would even of paid a price differance happily 0/5 i will not be back

Amount of filling that they put in the subs seems to have decreased.
All tables and seats were full of crumbs and mess. Not a soul in there. Prices have shot up.
Not as affordable as they were last year sadly and I love a sub.

Terrible service. I spent 20 minutes waiting for food as staff prepared a delivery and had to wait (there was no queue) while a second member of staff spent time on break instead of helping and going to break later. I will never go back there. Would not recommend.

Staff does not even check if the order is fulfilled properly and when asked...they say ask Uber Eats.It came in a sealed packet...items worth 30 pounds missing...called up and the staff just play the blame gameAlso....no supervisor on the floor....I think that itself says a lotTruly disappointed.You just lost a customer

Food ok. Cleanness of tables poor. Staff friendly. It ok for a quick meal. Still space for improvement. Cheese bites 5 small ones for £2.09 is a bit push other chain restaurants got better offers on these. Please see photos attached ??.
