Went there at the weekend, there was a lady with ginger hair and glasses clearly training a young lady and I was absolutely appalled by the way she was speaking to her. There was no teaching, just extremely rude attitude and shouting. The poor girl looked terrified and you could tell that it was throwing her off. I bought two meals and got overcharged but I was too afraid for the girl so I never said anything as I didn?t want to cause the horrible woman to shout at her again. I also witnessed other workers grabbing meat and then cheese with the same gloves, as a vegetarian this was very off putting. I won?t be going back to this subway again.

This place has a serious problem with staff training and hygiene. The man serving us put on gloves, placed a roll in the oven, and then, with the same gloves, started mopping the floor. After that, he attempted to use those same gloves to add toppings to our sandwich. When we pointed this out to him, he lied, claiming he had just changed his gloves (we had been watching him the whole time and there was no glove change). Only after another request from us he change his gloves for new ones. This is unacceptable when working with food.

Horrible customer service from diana, she was very rude and deliberately over charged me. I wont ever be coming back here, to be honest I am utterly disappointed with this from an employee. You should really review her position because this is unnecessary and disrespectful. she also didn't smell too good, didn't use gloves either. Needs to review her hygiene.

Quiet time with lovely staff around 9.30-9.45. Clean & pleasant.12-1pm. Quite busy, But hard working polite staff work well together and get the queues down.Shop always clean & tidy.

First time visit whilst waiting for my car to be done at Halfords. Pleasant, clean, fresh and warmed to perfection. Girls were friendly and helpful and the best bit.... The Sub was lovely.
