i went today to get my usual sub, when i finished ordering and recieved my order, everything was wrong literally, im not kidding. Some of the employees do know what they are doing and some of them are just deaf.

Delivered food to wrong address. Clearly don?t check with the person they?re delivering to. Can?t ring them as they don?t answer. Absolutely fuming!

Terrible place don?t even Attempt there 6in is only 3 in and you will only get 3 slices of anything and you need a degree to get in the drinks machine never again customer service Appalling .

Bread was overcooked, service was slow and below par, the shop was incredibly unclean and there were ants crawling on the wooden banisters

The food was the standard you'd expect from a subway, and was very tasty. The service however was below par. The girl behind the counter didn't speak to me at all except to ask if i was paying cash or card, and yawned several times. Unfortunately I was soon put off my food by the sheer amount of flies in the place and despite the shop being empty, I couldn't find a clean table anywhere. When I finally sat down to eat, I noticed several ants making their way across the wooden border that runs along the walls. This was the last straw for me. I took my food and left, and I shall not be returning. Incredibly unclean store.

Ordered through just eat but didn't get the cookie dough Ben and Jerry's we paid extra for the subs were not toasted like we asked for and there was gone off lettuce in my partners salad and when we tried calling 11times not once did anyone answer

I really enjoy subway's salads so on a visit to Peterborough I wanted to get one for my lunch. On a google search I discovered there are a couple of Subways in the city centre and went to the one closest to me at the time in Westgate. The store was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and the service was prompt. My salad was really tasty. I always have the same thing when I visit Subway so it is interesting to see how different people present it. Recommended

Disappointed as i was very excited that this was the only subway opened till 10 pm on Friday. However i got there at 8:50 pm and was shocked that the doors were locked and the staff said it was closed but yet they were preparing sandwiches . Never visiting it again
