Delivery Cyclist's Perspective:As a delivery cyclist, I've had the opportunity to pick up numerous orders from a variety of eateries, but my recent visit to the Subway in the Herlington Centre, situated within the Spar shop, was a particularly memorable experience.Firstly, the in-shop logistics are straightforward, which is something I always appreciate. Upon entry, the Subway counter is immediately to your left, making it very accessible and easy to locate for a smooth pickup. This efficient setup allows for a quick in-and-out, ensuring that the food remains fresh for delivery and that I can maintain a punctual service.What truly set this visit apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by an employee - the girl with tattoos. Her presence behind the counter was impossible to miss. Her energy was infectious; she was dynamic, and her positive attitude seemed to light up the space. It's not just her energetic vibe but also her professionalism that impressed me. She was adept at handling the rush, maintaining composure, and ensuring that every order, including mine, was prepared with care and attention to detail.Her communication skills were top-notch. She acknowledged my arrival promptly, confirmed the details of the order with precision, and provided me with all the necessary information without me having to ask. This level of attentiveness is not something I encounter every day, and it speeds up the process considerably.In the service industry, the human element can make all the difference. Interactions with personnel like this young lady are what make my job enjoyable. It's not just about picking up and dropping off; it's about the positive exchanges that occur in between. She radiated such positivity that it carried with me throughout my day, making the usual routine feel a little less mundane.In conclusion, my experience at Subway, Herlington Centre, was significantly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by the girl working that day. I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely young lady today at 3pm. She made the best chicken breast salad I've ever had! It looked and tasted amazing. The service was the best I've ever experienced at Subway!

I went here a few weeks ago and had the worst service I've had in any subway ever. The staff acted like they were being held there against their will, they were so miserable, and the lady who served me had no understanding of food hygiene.First, she coughed into her hand and then proceeded to make my sandwich with her coughed on fingers instead of washing them. Then, I asked for marinara sauce and she took a spoonful out of the meatballs instead of walking down to where there was a tub of marinara sauce without meatballs in it - I'm allergic to beef so this would have been a massive problem. I then told her to use the other tub of sauce, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.Clearly the working environment is unpleasant for the staff, as they're miserable, and more training needs to be done on food hygiene. It was an appalling experience.

Amazing food, the very short girl with the sleeve tattoo was very lovely, top banter. She's very good at recommending subs to try and the cookies are the best. Top notch.
