Really appalled by the service I have received today by a young girl who served me. Was stood waiting patiently for 5-10 mins to make my order as was no one to be seen. There was a bell on the counter which I didnt press as personally I feel this is rude. I was finally greeted by the most rudest staff member who had greeted me by ?for future reference there is a bell there to press? in a condescending tone after I had waited quietly and patiently to be served. I was then served and while my payment was going through her co worker had asked her a question which she responded sarcastically with ?how was I supposed to know, if I knew id be a millionaire and wouldn?t be working here?. I found this so rude and her colleague was very clearly wound up by her smart arsed comment. No name tags were to be seen so didnt take a name and was also wearing her airpods which I thought was unprofessional. Only description I could give of her is the tattoo 222 on her forearm. Hope this reaches you and this girl is spoken to as clearly doesnt deserve a role in your workplace.

Absolutely disgusting. Delivery time took more than 30 minutes. My sandwich arrived stone cold and flat, with the bread absolutely sodden in places, as shown in the pictures. I was hungry before it arrived but frankly it absolutely ruined my appetite and was so revolting I ended up throwing half away. To add insult to injury, I only received two thirds of a full cookie also shown in pictures. Daylight robbery, will not be ordering from this miserable establishment again.

Sometimes I do have to wait a bit to be served but it is amazing service and you can't blame the food for being bad since you make it yourself (unless it's mouldy)

This is a small branch and only takeaway service. The lady staff was lovely. There is a large free car park. There are several other businesses in the square. Looking for a parking space is not a problem.

One of a few fast food outlets that have GF rolls,vegan cheese as well as other vegan options. The friendliness of the staff at this particular outlet is such an added bonus and they soon get to know their regulars and greet you with smiling faces.

long wait for no reason after being told the driver was at the shop they didn't leave until 20 minutes after, the order wasn't even close to being correct wrong bread no cheese half the salad was missing and the extra meat i ordered for £5.00 just wasn't there

Upon entry, the Subway counter is immediately to your left, making it very accessible and easy to locate for a smooth pickup. This efficient setup allows for a quick in-and-out, ensuring that the food remains fresh for delivery and that I can maintain a punctual service.What truly set this visit apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by an employee - the girl with tattoos. Her presence behind the counter was impossible to miss. Her energy was infectious; she was dynamic, and her positive attitude seemed to light up the space. It's not just her energetic vibe but also her professionalism that impressed me. She was adept at handling the rush, maintaining composure, and ensuring that every order, including mine, was prepared with care and attention to detail.Her communication skills were top-notch. She acknowledged my arrival promptly, confirmed the details of the order with precision, and provided me with all the necessary information without me having to ask. This level of attentiveness is not something I encounter every day, and it speeds up the process considerably.In the service industry, the human element can make all the difference.
