Spoke to Ed wanting a new vehicle and while I was away he sorted it all so that it was a fast process when I got back. Dom arranged for the vehicle to be in Peterborough within a few days so that it was ready to go. Overall great experience and the coffee isn't too bad either :)

Had such a fantastic experience especially as I was dreading it. Ed Wilson in particular was clear, welcoming, accommodating and friendly which made this process easy. Absolute JOKE of a company. Wife purchased a car on finance no car tax v5 to tax the car in her name. 6 months later still doesn?t have the v5 ?? tried to give her a story of how they have to apply for a new one will take 2-3 weeks ? 2 months LATER still no v5!! Not replying to emails!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL DONT BE FOOLED BY THERE SWEET TALKING!!

I will not do business with this company again.The sales experience was absolutely fine (my initial review was very positive), but since then the customer service has been appalling.I made the mistake of buying the "Stoneacre Cosmetic Maintenance Plan", which was not cheap. I've used it once to have a very minor scratch repaired and the paintwork now looks worse than it did before the "repair".They also damaged the dashboard whilst investigating why a piece of trim wasn't sitting flush.Multiple emails asking for the problems to be resolved were ignored for weeks. Even the main Customer Relations department didn't reply to me after using their online contact form (three times).Eventually a business manager called and told me the service department would call later that day to get the car booked in for repair, but, alas, I received no such call. That was three days ago.When you can buy exactly the same car from anywhere, customer service is everything. Why would I go back?I can accept mistakes, but not failure to rectify them.

Really Poor communication, not sure what changed in the past 12months but the levels of service has severely dropped.Upon trying to discuss this issue I was greeted with negative attitude.Not what you expect from Main dealer.

I had a good car viewing experience at Stoneacre Peterborough on 8th Nov 2023. The sales executive Edward Wilson is really good at focusing on what customers need and require. He has a real instinct to understand our customers. Good work! Additionally, he has the natural ability to understand and feel what the customers are experiencing, and he is able to meet their needs effectively.
