What a shame, this used to be our go to coffee shop and gave it 5 stars 3 years ago. On the last 4-5 visits the difference has been noticeable. Staff are rude and the notation of service with a smile is a distant memory. I think we will be using Hampton Starbucks for our micro dates from now on.

This type of outlet does not look right in this area a branch of Greggs or Pound Bakery would make more sense.
I wonder how many of the locals who go to this branch think going here makes them middle class?
