Such a pleasure to listen to staff openly swearing at each other while serving me at the till with my youngest daughter. I'm not sure who's in charge at this store but they need to set some workplace standards and enforce them with their staff. Unpleasant.

There was an asian guy and he told us to hurry up multiple times even tho there was still 25 minutes to close I asked to him size he told we cant sell more shoes anymore there was a lot of other people but he was only telling us to hurry up he was racist my daughter was feeling very upset ?

Great customer service, especially from Hamza, really polite, really helpful, didn?t make you feel like you were a hassle when asking to try on multiple pairs of boots. Highly recommended

Visited today absolutely lovely store bought some football boots from a guy named Kyle very good sales person and informed me they were on a deal with Fraser's plus, great people working there and very nice selection of shoes

absolutely disgusting experience ... went into the location and was told collections were upstairs on the first floor..on approaching the cash tills at the rear of the premises, a male staff member just walked away without saying a word.. I waited 5 mins for someone to assist me, but no staff member appeared . I then knocked on a staff door and was spoken to by a member of staff who stated he would get someone to serve me. Another 5 mins passed, and then a female staff approached me and asked if I needed assistance after fully explaining. I had waited 10 mins . She had not Ben informed someone was waiting
Then suddenly the male appeared again and i stated, I have been waiting for 10 mins." You have done nothing to help me and just left me waiting. His reply was, " You are not my priority, and I don't start work yet," so I stated your customers are not priority ? He refused to answer but started slagging me off under his breath.. but refused to elaborate on what he was saying. A disgrace to sports direct and no inter personal skills . Will not be returning to this location or purchasing items again from sports direct ..

Do not buy from this store. The manager says we have no rights. 4 week old sketchers mid section of shoe have way. So I explained and asked for not a refund just to change them and happy to pay extra for a more supportive pair. Well this clown of a manager . Said I?ve no right and I can do as I like. What a joke of a company. CEO has been contacted. Buyer Beware. This is the bretton store Peterborough

Shop is a good size, however staff were just stood there talking amongst themselves while people were waiting to be seen and one member of the team was on his personal phone having a conversation while on the shop floor.

Attempted to return a pair of £120 Nike trainers as they had a stitching fault on them that appeared on them after 3 months of minimum wear.Nike offer a 2 year guarantee on their products for such faults.Sports Direct manager was unhelpful and arrogant whilst making them self look really unprofessional by contradicting themself by trying to explain why they wouldn?t exchange them.Much better, helpful service by the manager in the other Peterborough Sports Direct.I won?t return to the one in Bretton now and will spend my money elsewhere.
